By using this website or booking services from Cynsational Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book services.

Bookings

• Bookings require a non-refundable deposit (set in our booking flow) to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due before the event, on the timeline communicated to you.
• Submitting a booking is a request. We may accept, decline, or contact you for more information before confirming.
• We do not accept same-day or next-day bookings. The booking form enforces a short lead time before the event date.

Payments

We accept Cash App and Zelle. Handles and instructions are shown on your confirmation. We do not store full card numbers on this site.

Travel and delivery

For delivery, an estimated travel fee is calculated from our service area to your event address and is shown before submission. Travel pricing settings (free miles, per-mile rate) may change over time and are reflected at the time of your booking.

Cancellations and changes

• Deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balances may be refundable depending on how close to the event the cancellation occurs — we will tell you the specifics when you contact us.
• Date or time changes are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
• We may cancel or modify a booking if circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfillment (for example, severe weather or venue access issues). In that case, we will work with you on a reasonable resolution.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate event, address, and contact details.
• Ensure access to the event location at the agreed time.
• Treat staff and equipment with care.

Intellectual property

Photos, designs, and content on this website are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission. Photos you upload remain yours; you grant us a limited right to use them for your booking and, where you choose to share a public review, to display alongside that review.

Reviews

Reviews are submitted by customers and appear publicly only after we approve them. We may decline or remove reviews that violate our policies or applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the site, attempt to access non-public systems, scrape data, or submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing.

Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the site or services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
